Qualified Items
Clothing & Merchandise: Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your qualified item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Qualified Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, and seeds, cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Non-returnable, non-qualified items:
- Seeds
- Clones
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Health and personal care items

We must have a receipt and or proof of purchase to complete your return on qualified items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email letting you know we received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
We only replace qualified items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at [email protected]
Shipping returns
Once approved, you can mail your qualified product for a return. You will be responsible for the shipping cost, and it is non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for expensive items.
